Your company's old records could be worth $100K–$5M.
Your old emails, Slack conversations, files and invoices are just sitting there. AI companies will pay for a copy. Every name and personal detail is stripped out first, so your clients and staff stay anonymous. You keep everything, and it costs you nothing.

In 2026, Google won a bankruptcy auction for Spirit Airlines' internal business data: roughly 100 million emails and 500 million Teams chats, plus files and project records. Not the planes. Not the brand. Just the records of how the company ran.
Customer and card data were excluded, and personal details were scrubbed before delivery. AI developers are now buying the same kind of records from established private companies. Read the coverage
You don't need to be an airline. Small operations get paid too. Law firms with as few as 10 staff and accounting or medical practices with 15 can qualify, and even small firms can get paid up to millions for their email, Slack and files.
They want the logic, not the names.
AI labs are training assistants that work like a capable coworker. What they need is how real decisions get made: the steps, the trade-offs, what worked. Not who your clients are, not your staff's personal details, and not your company's name.

Quote + offer letter
You get a payout range, then a non-binding letter of intent, typically within about 14 days. Walk away at any point.
Anonymize + export
Only the agreed systems and dates are copied, anonymized and reviewed by you. A few hours of your team's time.
Get paid
Once the buyer accepts the anonymized copy, payment follows on net-30 terms, under the agreement you signed.
Established firms with years of records.
Companies and nonprofits headquartered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia. Count office staff: people doing desk work, including full-time contractors.
You can sit on the sidelines. Or you can get paid for files you already have.
AI companies are spending heavily to buy real business records right now, and the rarest archives get bought first. Getting paid takes a few hours of your team's time. Everything else is handled for you.
- Years of email and Slack keep collecting dust on a server
- You keep paying to store them
- Other firms in your industry get paid first, while demand is highest
- Your archive earns nothing
- A 60-second check, then one intro call
- An anonymized copy, prepared and reviewed for you
- A six- or seven-figure payment, often in about 60 days or less
- You keep every original. No loan, no equity, no fees
Does your company qualify?
Five quick questions. We only pass along companies the buyer can actually make an offer to.
Your company looks like a strong fit.
We'll email you within one business day to introduce you to our data partner. Their team scopes your systems and makes a written offer. There's no cost and no obligation.
Thanks, we'll keep you on file.
Why would anyone pay for our records?
AI developers need real examples of how businesses actually work: real emails, Slack threads, contracts, tickets and invoices. Public internet data doesn't show that. Years of operating history from an established firm is scarce, so it carries real value.
Will our clients or staff be identifiable?
No. The copy is anonymized before it ever leaves: names, email addresses, phone numbers, amounts and other personal details are replaced, and you review the result before anything is shared. The written agreement spells out exactly which systems and date ranges are included, and nothing is exported until you sign. Regulated firms (legal, medical, finance) review the terms with their own counsel first.
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no broker fee and nothing upfront. You're never obligated to sign.
How long does it take?
Often about 60 days: a non-binding offer letter within roughly 14 days, then payment on net-30 terms once the buyer accepts the anonymized copy. Larger or regulated firms can take up to about three months. Your team spends only a few hours of that time.
Is this a loan or an investment?
Neither. It's a license of an anonymized copy of your records. No equity changes hands, there's nothing to pay back, and you keep full ownership of your company and your original data.
Are they trying to copy our business?
No. Buyers want the patterns of how work gets done, so their AI tools can help businesses like yours. Your client names, pricing and identity are removed before anything leaves.
How much will we get?
Offers typically range from $100K to $5M, depending on your systems, years of history, record volume and quality. Every offer is set in writing. The check above is only an illustration.
